Throughout our lives, we experience a myriad of circumstances and emotions. Some of us live through a whole range of feelings and emotions, while others may prefer to stay safely in the middle. There is no right or wrong way - simply the desire of knowing who we are.

What we are currently experiencing as individuals and as a nation requires now more than ever that we look at ourselves and our place in this world with honesty and vigilance.  What is it that each of us can do to help to create the sustainable change that is necessary?
